Click the Find/List
button on the application menu to see the Item Display Table, which shows a
summary of the items in your database. With this screen, you can:
Scroll through the table
using the scroll bar
Sort the table by any
column by clicking on the column header
Select any record by
clicking on the arrow to the left
Display record details
by double clicking the arrow
Display Find / List Screen
