A scrollable
display table lets you run through all your items by viewing
field contents. Clicking on the row you select will display
all details of the item and the inventory records you have
for the item. You can focus any search further simply with
our online selection function. Just indicate the records you
want to see by the contents of one or more fields on the selection
form.
Our system
also makes it easier for you to find things in your train
storage room. Using our storage location field, you can physically
store your collection pieces anywhere and find them again
when you want them. Reports are available to help you audit
the contents of each of your storage locations.

On your
member profile you can create additional sign-ins to authorize
visitors to see your entire collection, items marked as wish
list items, items marked as for sale, or any combination of
these views. To add an item to you wish list or for sales
list, simply check a box on the inventory record.
